Bridges Program
Bridges is a voluntary program available to young adults who are 18-21 who have aged out of foster care in Ohio and are in school, working, participating in an employment program, or have a medical condition that prevents them from going to school or working. The program provides guidance and support as they transition to adulthood.
Our Bridges Liaisons provide the following services to eligible young adults:
Provides guidance in learning functional life and academic skills for lifelong self-sufficiency
Supports young adults in their development of an educational foundation and skill set that enables them to gain and maintain employment that meets their financial needs
Ensures there is access to safe, stable and healthy housing
Links young adults to appropriate physical and behavioral health services to help with self-esteem
Bridges is administered by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth (DCY) through a contract with The Child and Family Health Collaborative of Ohio, LLC. To learn more about this program, please visit: Bridges | Department of Children and Youth

Families meet with one of our licensed therapists for an initial evaluation of behavioral health concerns. Assessments typically last 60 to 90 minutes.
