Cadence Coffeehouse & Creperie
Located in downtown Niles, Cadence Coffeehouse & Creperie is a welcoming space serving high-quality coffee, crepes, and sandwiches. It is also a social enterprise of Cadence Care Network, created to provide real-world job training and support for youth building their path forward.
Through hands-on experience, young people, including those in foster care or facing mental health challenges, gain workplace skills, confidence, and a sense of independence that carries beyond the café.
Every shift worked, every skill learned, and every connection made helps create new opportunities for youth who need them most.
Why It Matters
For many young people, access to stable employment and supportive mentorship can make all the difference. The Coffeehouse provides:
