Cadence Care Network, formerly Homes for Kids/Child and Family Solutions, is a nonprofit agency focusing on the behavioral and emotional well-being of children and teenagers, as well as the treatment and placement of youth in compassionate and qualified foster care homes.

Our Vision
Cadence Care Network strives to meet the needs of every child, family, and individual referred to us. It is our goal to evolve, providing quality services to meet the ever-changing needs of our community.
When our founding board members established Homes for Kids in 1990, now called Cadence Care Network, their goal was to work with local children’s services boards to provide treatment foster care placement for youth in county custody.
Over the years, Cadence Care Network established a solid base of foster homes while also expanding behavioral health services to children, teenagers, families and adults in need of therapeutic support.
We currently serve about 1,500 kids annually in behavioral health and foster care services combined.
